"Bungo Beef Steak Restaurant Somuri" has now been doing business for 35 years.
Since opening in 1989, we have consistently used only the very best, carefully selected beef steaks,
and have received good reviews from many of our customers.
Since our establishment we have stubbornly preserved our original flavor, but at the same time we are constantly looking to add new flavors. Taking advantage of the techniques and knowledge we have gained over the years, we are devoted to the pursuit of cooking excellence.
In order to have as many people as possible enjoy the delicious flavors of Oita prefecture, we have created a menu which uses carefully selected local ingredients.

Our wine cellar is full of fine wines from all around the world. All of our wines have been carefully selected by the chef himself to make certain that they go perfectly with our dishes.
